Stress Therapy and Reduction

My techniques for handling and reducing stress are the following:

Exercise 5 days a week - I work out with weights 3 times a week and walk 3-4 miles 2 times a week.

Jigsaw Puzzles - Putting together jigsaw puzzles takes my mind off everything. I get to relax while doing something that I truly enjoy.
